Good morning and happy Monday to you all. I am excited to talk about today’s must have which is the Bragg Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar. I recently started taking 1 to 2 tbsp of it first thing in the morning before breakfast.
The benefits that come from drinking ACV are endless, it helps regulate blood sugar levels, lower cholesterol, improve skin health, helps with digestion, reduces blood pressure and enhances weight loss. Amazing right?
Some people hate the taste of it so they decide to stop taking it. It’s not the best tasting but to me that’s not reason enough to stop me from taking it. To take it first shake the bottle to mix in the ‘Mother’ after that you can mix 1 tbsp with hot or cold water first thing in the morning and 1 tbsp before bed. I personally take a shot of it and then chase it down with Powerade Zero or water. Another form of taking it that I will definitely be trying is 1 tbsp of ACV with half a cup of water and a lemon.
